BIO
My photography story starts in Africa, where I was raised. My parents were involved in mission and humanitarian work, and it became my job to document these endeavors with my Dad's Nikon.
Around the townships I became known as the little mzungu with the long brown ponytails and the big camera. I was even given my own native name in the Khoekhoe language by members of the Nama tribe
I believe that sharing our stories with each other helps us create community.
I use film, digital, and sometimes structural mediums which include paint and thread.
I am currently based out of Atlanta.
